At the Treasury bill auction dated 30 December 2014, the Reserve Bank of Malawi cleared the 91-day bill at 26.85% (up 1 basis point) and the 364-day bill at 26.95% (down 1 basis point). The rate shown is the average yield of allotted bids.
Bids totalled MWK 5.3bn and MWK 5.3bn was accepted, 100% of what was bid.
Over the past year the 364-day rate has ranged from 17.81% to 26.96%.
