Malawi T-bill auction, 17 September 2013: 364-day at 21.22%, up 89 bps
At the Treasury bill auction dated 17 September 2013, the Reserve Bank of Malawi cleared the 182-day bill at 17.74% (up 73 basis points) and the 364-day bill at 21.22% (up 89 basis points). The rate shown is the average yield of allotted bids.
Bids totalled MWK 2.9bn and MWK 2.7bn was accepted, 92% of what was bid.
