Mozambique T-bill auction, 10 February 2016: 91-day at 9.00%, up 48 bps

At the Treasury bill auction dated 10 February 2016, the Banco de Moçambique cleared the 91-day bill at 9.00% (up 48 basis points) and the 182-day bill at 9.52% (up 9 basis points). The rate shown is the weighted average subscription rate.

The auction was fully subscribed: bids totalled MZN 3.2bn against MZN 3.2bn on offer, 101% of the amount sought, and MZN 2.5bn was accepted.
