Malawi T-bill auction, 8 October 2013: 364-day at 25.68%, up 320 bps

At the Treasury bill auction dated 8 October 2013, the Reserve Bank of Malawi cleared the 364-day bill at 25.68% (up 320 basis points). The rate shown is the average yield of allotted bids.

Bids totalled MWK 895m and MWK 895m was accepted, 100% of what was bid.

Over the past year the 364-day rate has ranged from 20.33% to 35.87%.
