At the Treasury bill auction dated 17 November 2025, the Bank of Ghana cleared the 91-day bill at 11.03% (up 10 basis points), the 182-day bill at 12.66% (up 5 basis points) and the 364-day bill at 13.08% (up 6 basis points). The rate shown is the weighted average interest-rate equivalent.
Bids totalled GHS 3.9bn and GHS 3.8bn was accepted, 97% of what was bid.
Over the past year the 364-day rate has ranged from 12.87% to 30.41%.
A year earlier the 364-day bill cleared at 29.13%, so the government is paying 1605 basis points less than twelve months ago.
